The aim of this review is to outline the clinical presentation, pathophysiology and evaluation lower urinary tract (LUT) dysfunction in Parkinson’s disease other parkinsonian syndromes including multiple system atrophy, dementia with Lewy bodies, progressive supranuclear palsy corticobasal degeneration. LUT commonly occurs neurological disorders, patients syndromes. pattern its severity are variable, depending upon site lesion within neural pathways. Parkinsonian broadly divided into (PD) a typical such as atrophy (MSA), bodies (DLB), (PSP) degeneration (CBD). Different have distinct features (e.g. dysautonomia, early dementia, gaze palsy, higher cortical signs), can differ. common feature Recognising during assessment these help management possibly facilitate an earlier diagnosis.
